Essential Tech: Internet Searching Basics In-Person
Feeling like you need to be better at finding information on the internet? Maybe you are brand new to searching the web? If you are feeling like you can’t keep up with technology, this Internet searching class is perfect for you to hone your skills. Learn everything you need to know to conduct a basic search and find the right answer to your question when you join us at the Paso Robles City Library’s Study Center (3600 Oak Street) for a beginner-friendly class all about Internet Basics. By the end of the session, learners will be able to:
- Understand the basics of web browsers and search engines
- Build skills to navigate the internet, including:
- Using a web browser
- Using a search engine
- Navigating a website
- Learn tips and tricks for basic and advanced search
