Low/No Sugar Jam with UCCE Master Food Preservers In-Person

Members of the UCCE Master Food Preservers of SLO/Santa Barbara Counties will instruct attendees on how to make delicious Low Sugar/No Sugar Jam. Made from fruit and fruit juice, this healthier alternative to traditional jam is sure to become a family favorite. With instruction from the UCCE Master Food Preservers, students will create a version of this dish to enjoy at home. Recipes will be provided. Class size is extremely limited for this special event. For ages 16+. This event will be held at the Library Study Center at 3600 Oak Street, Paso Robles.
