Wine Tasting 101 In-Person
Are you new to the world of wine tasting or feel that there is something missing from your tasting experience? The Paso Robles City Library is pleased to present an evening of wine tasting education featuring local Vintner Chris Kern of PasoSecco. At Wine Tasting 101, you will learn the 5 S's of wine tasting so you can enjoy your local wine experiences more fully. By the end of the presentation, you should be able to answer questions such as, "How can wine be dry?", "What are tannins?", and "Shouldn't all Paso Robles wines be oaky?" Sample wines as you learn and be ready to impress your friends at the next Wine Festival.
All wines, glasses and service will be provided. You will need to show a valid, government-issued photo ID to enter the event. This class is for ages 21+ only. Space is limited.
