Ricotta Cheese Making with the UC Master Food Preservers In-Person
The Paso Robles City Library is pleased to welcome back the UC Master Food preservers who will teach attendees how to make delicious Ricotta cheese. This class will be offered Saturday, May 24; you can attend from 10:00am-11:00am. This class will be held at the Library Study Center, 3600 Oak Street near the Uptown Family Park. Signups run May 9-21.
Learn food preserving techniques to make a delicious cheese that can be used to top your favorite pizza or salad or can be used in numerous recipes. Ricotta is a soft fresh Italian cheese with a mild, slightly sweet flavor and a springy texture.
