Crafting with Adults: Paint a Sunflower @ Culinary Arts Academy In-Person
Explore a new craft with the Library on Tour Summer Reading Program! On August 7, 1:00-3:00 pm at the Culinary Arts Academy, create your own version of this vibrant sunflower by designer Julia Ennis Creations. To participate in this class, sign up July 11-18, then attend the class at the Culinary Arts Academy (1900 Golden Hill Rd.) on Thursday, August 7, 1:00-3:00. All supplies will be provided.
At this class, you will paint along with Librarian Karen Christiansen to create this bright sunflower. Attendees will learn step by step basic paint application and brush techniques using acrylic paint. Your finished painting will brighten your home or could make the perfect gift for a summer loving friend. This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate crafters alike.
Registration is required and space is limited. Open to ages 16+.
