The Paso Robles City Library is pleased to partner with Mission Community Services Corporation's Women's Business Center to present a new series of informative workshops to assist you with your business. A variety of topics will be presented to help you start a new business or grow the business you already have. Kicking off the series will be an informative presentation called Home-Based Businesses: Your Guide to a Successful Start. This class will take place on Wednesday, October 29 from 5:30-6:30 PM at the Library Study Center (3600 Oak Street).

In an era of alternative career paths, many entrepreneurs have turned towards home-based businesses, including cooking/baking, childcare, crafting or coaching services. Home-based businesses provide an opportunity to capitalize on your skills, work on your own terms, and earn extra income. If starting a business seems daunting to you, instructor Brant Myers (MCSC Women's Business Center Consultant and Founder of BIIG Consulting) can assist be sharing all the steps you need to get started making your entrepreneurial dreams a reality.
